Finish of Volvo Ocean Race

Round the world sail regatta Volvo Ocean Race made the first start in 1973 in Great Britain. Then it had the name Whitbread Round, the World Race. Since 1997 it has had a name Volvo Ocean Race and it takes place every four years (since 2005 – once in three years), it enters to the 5 most important sport events in the world and it is the most spectacular and exciting competition on our planet.

For the first time in history of modern Russia the Russian crew “Team Russia” will participate in Volvo Ocean Race 2008–2009, with seven other teams they will challenge for Grand Prix. Orion Art made a welcome show for participants.
