Timeline

The time diagram of the show (timeline) describes the conduct of each factor of the show at a definite moment. Timeline can be graphic or in text (as table).

In graphic timelines the informative cells (bars) contain the timelines and key events in the form of identification images. The necessary explanation and comments are written only where special attention needed. The graphic timeline gives the opportunity to look at show as if above, orienting in space and time of show.

The graphic timeline of the show Scarlet Sails – 2008

Vertical columns of graphic timeline show what is happening at the moment. Such visualization prevents the mistakes of composing and scaling of media sets when the spectators attention changes. It is also important for correct selection of color dominants and their compatibility by color temperature (for example, matching light base and firework of the first ground).

In the text timeline the cells contain the information for designers and programmers of different teams.
